Very affordable and welcoming restaurant with a covered terrace and a terrace on the street. I recommend the Madeiran skewer, served with salad and fries. The octopus picado is also recommended, as is the Caco cake and a chocolate brownie for dessert. All at an affordable price and very good.

I had the pleasure of dining at Vila Miseria today, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was amazing—the staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements, which I greatly appreciated. Not only were they attentive, but the service was also impressively fast, making the overall dining experience smooth and enjoyable.As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is super clean and cozy. The staff were all attentive, and it is the best-selling restaurant in Porto Santo. All the tables inside were occupied, but the lady who served us made sure to find a table so we could sit inside. She helped us choose what to eat, and was always super friendly. We ate limpets, bolo do caco, picada de octopus, picada da casa and Indian mackerel, all of the food was divine. It is not the cheapest restaurant, but it is definitely worth the price! The sangria is excellent, I recommend it. The price was around 20 per person. I recommend it 100%.

We ate, at the suggestion of the restaurant staff, some sautéed Indian mackerel and some grilled mackerel and everything was wonderful. Very tasty, cooked to perfection.We highly recommend it.You have to pay for the quality of the service and the food. But it was worth every euro.Thank you
